1. yes. based on my experience, you have to pay first b4 pearson sends you the att. took me 2 minutes to receive it since they sent it via e-mail. you just have to print it out.

2. they only asked for 1 pictured id. altho better to bring 2 pictured i.d just incase they request for another 1. i gave them my california id and that's it.

ATT is actually only issued by Pearson-Vue after you pay for the exam, and they get permission from the BON that you have applied to that you may sit for the exam.
