NCLEX 75 questions

I took my NCLEX-RN today and the computer shut off at 75 questions it took 90 minutes. I felt confident but I didn’t feel like the questions got really difficult. I also found it wasn’t concentrated in one system the topics were varying . I knew you could do the trick of trying to re-register two hours after the exam completes which I did. And it was going to allow me to re-register which I found was very concerning. Can this happen even if you have passed? I did UWorld practice questions and on both final practice exams I got it 90% chance of passing and a 97% chance of passing.Thank you in advance for everyone’s help ?

How do you know you passed already? Are your quick results available already or are you basing that on the pearson vue trick? I took the NCLEX yesterday, computer shut off at 75 questions and I got the good pop up on the pearson vue trick, but my quick results aren't up yet and it's KILLING ME! I won't believe it until I see the results even though everything looks positive!
