I was thinking about trying NCLEX 4000 but I had heard that it doesn't work with some computers. I have windows 7 and that sounds like it might be one that is incompatible. I was wondering if anyone has used the NCLEX 4000 disc with a windows 7 and if it worked or if I shouldn't waste my money on it.

I think it will work and If it doesn't you can contact them and ask for technical assistance. There should be a contact information on the CD cover.I used NCLEX-4000 It's very good for content brush up. Nclex questions are little harder than nclex-4000 but still it helps a lot.I liked it
GOOD LUCK:)
Thank you!! I have failed it twice and I am thinking maybe working on my content will help this time, especially since I used Kaplan the last time I tested and that obviously worked out well for me lol.

I got mine from a very nice resource person here in AllNurses. I used winrar to open it and it worked perfectly. I'm using windows 7. :) I love NCLEX400 because their questions are updated and they have very good rationales.
Well I appreciate all the tips and I will be ordering it today :) Another question though, Is this program a book/cd or just a cd?

I'm really hearing a lot good things about this NCSBN. Will take their 3 week course, 3 weeks before my test date. :) Good luck to everyone testing!

I was just wondering on your take i have failed the nclex twice so far and just wamt to give up but im gonna give it another chance. My question is are you just using the ncsbn course or just that course and using a supplement with it. Would love to hear your take.
I also failed my 1st try but I didn't study well that time since I'm also working, and I thought that I passed my local boards (I'm foreign trained - Filipino) that I won't be having any difficulty in passing nclex. But I was so wrong and now I'm preparing for my 2nd take on Mar 9. I'm using Saunders, Kaplan, Nclex 3500 and 4000, Exam Cram. I'm planning to get NCSBN because I'm hearing a lot of good reviews for it. How bout you, when are you taking and what are you using? :)
Well i have alot. I have saunders (4th edition), Kaplan, Nclex 4000, exam cram and q & a review for nclex rn by lipppincott and i want to do three weeks nscbn. i just don't know how to use them all and where to start with all that i have. Also, I work but they have me working one day a week per diem which works out great but I'm not using my time well. How are you using all you resources and get everything out of them. Can you give me an outline of your study plan
