I have taken the NCLEX twice in Texas and failed- someone told me to go take it in Oklahoma what would be the diffrenece?

You would have travelled to OK to take the test. The NCLEX test is a nationwide test and it makes no difference where you take it.

It is a pervasive myth that you'll get a supposedly easier NCLEX if you travel across state lines to take it. The NCLEX is the same exam with the same questions from the same massive test bank, regardless of whether you take it in Houston, Oklahoma City, Hawaii, or Hong Kong.

Some people think that the "Texas NCLEX" is harder than the "Oklahoma NCLEX" when there's no distinction between the two because they're the exact same examination. There is no difference. It is a national exam with standards that are consistent from state to state. You'd be wasting time, money, and effort by traveling to Oklahoma to sit for NCLEX when the effort would be better spent with an intensive review of nursing content and Q&A strategies.
