I'm sorry to hear that your having a hard time with your NCLEX. Trust I've been there. My school supplied us with ATI's material that is suppose to help us for the boards and it also had multiple choice questions. I also checked books out of the libary one in particliar "Memory Notebook of Nursing vol 1 3rd edition" This book gives you easy ways of remembering different information like for example, hypo and hyperthyriodism is has a lady split in half with the signs/symptoms and the differences with this disease and much much more. It is availabe in diagnoses and pharmacology. I highly recommend and good luck.

Melinda,
Try reading about each system again and then practicing NCLEX style questions as you go along. Be sure to take time to understand why your study material provides a particular answer so that the concepts can began to stick in your head. Study medications by classification instead of individually, and group like side effects together for quick referencing. Also understand how lab values are affected. For example, if the platelet count is low, you know the patient may have bruising, excessive bleeding, fatigue, at risk for infection; and safety precautions should be priority such as not giving the patient a straight razor to shave with or getting a doctor's order to withhold anticoagulant medications.
It is impossible to know everything but understanding the basics will carry you a long way. Maybe even taking a review course will be beneficial to you. If you decide to do self study be sure to revisit previous topics covered as you move along with your studies so that the information can stay fresh. And also understand how the disease process is affected between systems, for example, COPD and cardiovascular. Good luck, and I hope the next time you pass.
