NCLEX in need of advice or tips

Hello Everyone :)

I graduated from the Philippines on May 2014

Took my NCLEX-RN exam on October 2014 and failed at 220 questions. i was pretty much depressed for almost one month but got back on my feet and studied harder to prepare for my 2nd try (which is sometime in the next few months).

For my 1st try i used the Saunders 6th Edition and read the whole book and did all the questions in it..but guess it wasn't enough. So i asked friends who passed the NCLEX-RN recently for recommendations and they told me to try Kaplan Online Review (with the Kaplan 2nd Edition Content Review guide book) and to read the La Charity book. So i did that and found them really helpful. The Kaplan Review had great summary lecture videos and test taking strategies)

Diagnostic Test was a 57%

QT 1 56%

QT 2 56%

QT 3 49%

QT 4 54%

QT 5 59%

QT 6 53%

QT 7 52%

QBank scores : 40's-mid and high 50's

Im so unsure if my scores are good enough to try and take the NCLEX the 2nd time... anyone have recommendations or suggestions?

There are a few threads discussing scores. I wouldn't worry too much about the scores but how you feel you are doing with content
