is NCLEX necessary before final interview ?

i just saw a thread on another network. a guy said

"Petition filed prior to March 28 2005. you will show CG certificate or RN license. that key word is OR. Petitions filed on or after March 28 2005. you must show the CG certificate and NCLEX-RN SCORE OR RN license . that key word is AND . BEFORE MARCH 28 2005 is "or " and after MAR 28 2005 is "and ". after MARCH28 2005 you will prepare both CG certication and VISASCREEN and NCLEX-RN SCORE OR RN LICENSE .that is all if you meet all requirements before the final interview. "

i dout about it, i think NCLEX is not necessary for immigration visa. do you guys think it is true ?

Many already got sponsored with just passing the CGFNS exam and took the NCLEX in the US.

Same can be said about CGFNS exam needed for migration. I think you need just one plus the Visascreen certification.

Sorry, but I know exaxtly where you saw that and it is completely false information. You need only proof of passing CGFNS exam or the NCLEX exam, as well as the Visa SCreen Certificate. You do not need both, and that company has no idea of what they are talking about. Just trying to get many others confused. You can see what I posted there in response to it.

Essentially, you need a Visa Screen Certificate. That means proof of passing the CGFNS exam with the CGFNS Certificate or NCLEX exam, and the series of English exams.

You only need either the CGFNS exam, or the NCLEX exam passing to have the petition process started and completed.

Yap. That's what I meant.
