called "MASTER THE NCLEX PN" practice test two on page 368 #8. heres the question
A Nurse has just examined a client in a contact isolation room. Upon leaving the room,the nurse must be sure to remove her protective wear in the correct order. Place the following
steps in the correct from first piece to last.
1.Remove eyewear
2.remove mask
3.remove gloves
4.remove gown
My answer was remove the most contamined first.. #3gloves #1eyewear #4gown #2mask
well i was completely wrong and had a look on my face like wat da....
answer was 1,3,2,4.
