NCLEX Identification

Published

Hi all,

Does anyone know if the ID you provide at the testing center has to have the same address as what you registered with? I know the name has to be identical, and they are looking for a photograph and signature as well, but I did not see anything specified about matching addresses on the NCSBN website.

I moved before I applied for NCLEX, so all mail will be going to the right address. However, although my address is changed in the DMV system, I did not get another driver's license with my recent address. I'm not sure if this is an issue with the test center. I don't want to get turned away on the day of my test.

Thanks in advance!

The address does not have to be the same. I moved after I registered as well and had no problems with my current ID.

They just want the name and photo to match. You don't need to bring anything else, such as the copy of the confirmation email or ATT number.
