Since it's your 2nd time taking it, you should've known how to do it. Visit NCLEX Examinations :: Pearson VUE. Sign in. Then you can register again for the said U.S. State. Pay $200 again. Wait to receive your new ATT (You should receive it in your e-mail 1-3 business days).

If you already have your ATT, go back to the Pearson Vue website. Sign in, and schedule your exam.

You should schedule your exam 45 days after you took the last one.

Per NCSBN policy, you'll need to wait a minimum of 45 days between each exam. This length of time is determined by the BON/RB and will be reflected in the new ATT's validity dates.

You can visit http://www.ncsbn.org for more information.

If you submitted your initial application less than 2 years ago, do what Vinny said. If it's been more than 2 years, you need to submit a new application, get that approved first before rescheduling.

Good luck.
