NCLEX Exam

So I recently took my NCLEX-PN exam on 1/15/15. This was my third time taking it, and I answered all 205 questions. I felt like I didn't do very well on the test. I didn't do the PVT that same day, but I did do it three days after. It accepted my credit card, so it really discouraged me because I really feel like I didn't pass. I also went to the BON website to check if my name would appear on the search, but it also didn't do that. I'm anticipating my results, but I am also trying to prepare myself for bad news.

Have there been any cases like mine, and someone actually got passing results?

And is it too early to start studying again, even though I don't know my official results?
