I'm taking the nclex in two days. I finished uWorld but I feel like when it's been long I did a topic, I forget it. I scored with 80% chance of passing on the Assesment but I took it before finishing uworld. Please any quick review tips on very important and must know topics? This will be my second attempt and I failed in 265 Q the first time

Let it all go at this point. Anything that you try to process now will probably have you second-guessing things that you already know and send you into panic mode. Enjoy your evening tonight; enjoy the occasion tomorrow; then go take and pass your nclex the next day. Relax.
Thanks a lot! I just don't feel ready and I hear it's harder the second time.
All the more reason to let it go. With all the medical/nursing facts in the world, you couldn't possibly know which 75-265 facts they're going to question you on. That's why it's important to understand physiology and concepts, as that knowledge is what guides one in finding the answer to whatever might be asked.
Just remember 'safety first' as it pertains to which is the most unstable condition requiring your immediate attention, and which actions or behaviors would cause more harm than good if left unattended or if enforced even where critical lab results are concerned.
