I have moved your post to the International forum as there are plenty of good threads with information on applying for licensure to CA as that is what you are doing to which NCLEX is part of that process. I would also suggest you read up on retrogression as coming from the Philippines you will be affected by it.

As Anna mentioned above, there is no way to just apply for the NCLEX exam. In the US, you must apply for licensure to a Board of Nursing and then be given permission to test.

Please read the Primer that is here for information that you truly need to know about. There are many steps that you are going to need to get thru and be aware that even with passing of the NCLEX exam, there is no guarantee that you will be able to get a visa to work in the US. Things are not as they used to be and there are many more that wish to work in the US than there are visas available.

You are looking at a couple of years at the earliest, you may wish to consider another country first.
