and at what level do you belong?

What is the difference between Active and Member-at-large? besides the price?

Is it worth the $$$? I am a member of the INA (Illinois Nursing Association) and thinking that the journal would be a great resource.

I'm a member and I think it is worth it for the journal and reference material alone. You can also get continuing education online for free. NASN is also a good national voice for us.
