My first interview = rejection!

Well, I graduated in May and passed nclex-rn in June and after filling out at least 150 applications, had my first interview this past Tuesday. It was for a telemetry internship and I was so hopeful. I thought it went well, I interviewed with HR and then was taken to tele floor and interviewed with three person panel. Everyone was so kind and pay was great, benefits and sign on bonus. Got the email today that I was not being offered the position-so disappointed! I go to all the hospital websites everyday, several times per day and fill out any and all internships, residencies, RN I's that are available! I am in the DFW area in Texas. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am so afraid of forgetting everything from school before I can even get a job! I am usually positive and motivated, but I really thought I would get this position and I didnt, I feel really low right now.
