I don't know how to solve your question, but when I saw your heading, I thought you might be in my shoes, because I'm about to have a TIA waiting to hear from a school that I interviewed at a little over a month ago. I'm about to burst and just needed to post that. This waiting is pure @#!!. :eek: Anyway, sorry for barging in totally off the subject.

Since they made some changes to the system, nobody's been able to upload naything properly.. if at all. Seems the only pics you can upload now are from a website, but not from your own computer. Supposedly they're working on it still... can't seem to upload attachments, either. Hope they fix it SOON... it's bugging me, too. :stone

I did a Google search on "free web space" I chose a site that provided this and started following their directions for creating my personal page. At one point in the directions, I had the opportunity to upload a picture, and so I did. The very next page was a "preview" of my personal webpage, with the picture that I just uploaded displaying on it. I then "right clicked" the picture and selected properties; on the little window that poped up, I highligheted and copied the Address (URL). I then went to the page on Allnurses.com to change my avatar and pasted in the URL that I just copied. I then clicked . This worked for me and was very easy to do. Hope this helps!

Remeber to cancel your request to create a free personal webpage, unless you still want to create one.

Also remember to be sure that your new avatar meets the size limit specifications noted on allnurses.com.
