how much experince is needed

Hello all.

After 2.9 years in elderly care, Ive been working on a neurosurg ward since June, big change with loads to learn but I'm loving it.

I've set myself learnings goals based on what's was most lifethreathing but I know my lack of neuro knowledge management and dealing with families, I will learn but it will take time.

However I'm looking to move closer to familly in the south east.

My gut tells me 6-12 months experince would be needed in neurosurg to help get a job in a new trust.

What else can I do, to those in specialisties how do I play up 3 years registraion with most in another area.

There is a job adverstise in neuro in London, I'm not feeling very confident to even to apply.

(Typed on a smart phone so apologies for errors)
