MTSA 2020

Hello all!

I am going to be applying for MTSA's doctorate program for nurse anesthesia. The application opens in January of 2019. Just wondering if anyone else out there is going to be applying? I just finished my first year of nursing in a Level 2 Trauma ICU! By the time I apply I will have about a year and a half of nursing experience. Hopefully this will be enough!

I'm thinking they do it according to scores on the interview! Because past years it has not been alphabetical.

Got the call this morning and couldn't answer... called back a bit ago to get the good news. Congrats everybody!

Did anyone get in that honestly thought they bombed the interview?

I thought I did a good job, but it could've just been luck of the draw with my clinical question, because I felt really good about it. Afterwards though, I was replaying the whole thing in my head and started second guessing myself on things I shouldn't/should've said

Yeah same for me. I thought I did really well. Then I left and started thinking about everything and psyched myself out. All worked out in the end.
