MSN Programs

Are there any master's programs you would recommend with  a good job outlook.

Many of my friends in my unit obtained an FNP and are still looking for a job 8 months post graduation and they are amazing, experienced (4+ years) nurses.

I don't want to work in a hospital long-term so are there any ACNPs that are not working in a hospital setting?
