What exactly is the difference between an MSN and MAN? I have a BSN and I am enrolling for masters this 2nd semester (nov). Hopefully Ill be working in the US next year so I wanted to make sure if theres a difference. I dont want to enroll in programs which will not be credited in the US. It will be a waste of time. We only have MAN in here (Phil.).

We do not have the MAN degree here. Compare the curriculum to see what the differences are, the title alone doesn't mean anything. They can vary greatly between countries.
If you do not have time to finish the degree before you come, you are much better off waiting until you get here as you will have issues in getting the hours to transfer, and you may need to repeat too much of it.
Thanks Suzanne!

Actually we do have MAN programs in the US. Off the top of my head I know that New York University has a few MAN tracks. MAN programs focus on topics such a holistic or palliative care and the like.
