MSN Educator Capstone Topics

Trying to get some input and ideas for my capstone project. Instructions are very broad but should have to do with education. I was thinking of doing a project and creating lesson/assignment/grading rubric that deals with communication... educating patients about their meds, using SBAR and bedside shift report. Open to ideas and/or suggestions.

    There is a very prevalent theme on AN concerning nurse precepting and all the issues/problems that go along with it.

    How about a capstone that deals with prepping, developing and supporting (willing) preceptors?
