MSN Capstone Study: Exploring why Registered Nurses leave the bedside in acute care

The purpose of this study is to find out what factors are prominent in nurses choosing to leave the bedside to pursue non-clinical nursing professions.

The criteria for this study is:

  • One must be a Registered Nurse
  • Has worked at the bedside within the last 10 years in the acute care setting
  • Has left the bedside within the last 10 years to pursue a non-clinical nursing profession
