Moving to PA

How is the job market in the Philly area for experienced RN's? I am currently working on my BSN and have 5 years experience in med-surg and home dialysis? Will I find a job if we relocate to the area??? Please say "yes"! :yelclap:

    The job market for experienced RN's (2 plus years) is fair, perhaps even good. While the odds of finding a job as an experienced nurse are quite high, I would certainly try to have a job offer before relocating.

    Thanks so much for replying! My husband might possibly be transferred for work so once we find out if he is being transferred, I will be applying for my PA license and then start applying for jobs. Do you think it's ok that I don't have a BSN yet, I do have an ASN and BS in Business?
