I am an RN from NY,relocated last year, and am having a difficult time finding a job here(i work in psych).Their are many jobs as nursing aides, some for LPN,and it depends on what part of florida you move to.In Miami area they pay a little more than Fort Myers.I am not sure what the salary is for LPN but RN here(in Ft.Myers) average $22-25 hr,I believe LPN $18...sorry,its pathetic i know....good luck:)

thanks for the idea!!!

I know it may not be what you want to hear but here in Miami many hospitals are getting away from using LPN's. There is a pretty good job market though here in Miami.
