Four year BSN and what part of Canada? And from what country is your passport as well as where did you train?
Nothing is going to be fast for you to move there in the role of the RN to start with. You need to apply for licensure thru the province that you are interested in, and then get permission to write the CRNE. That can only be done three times per year.
Then the immigration process starts.
Suggest some reading on this forum for all that goes into it. You are also required to take and pass your local license before you can even apply there.
Best of luck to you.
