Folks,

My budget now is running too dang tight :) Does anybody know what financial aid may be available? I know my hospital pays 5000 per year but not for "credit for fee exams." I just have NC5 and 6 and then the CPNE. but my time and cash are running out.

Thanks in advance.

You might just have to charge it on a credit card. I don't know what you make now, but having my RN gave me a $7.50 per hour increase in my base pay. You are on the home stretch and too close to give up. The other idea is to see if you can get a student loan. I make about $800 per month more than I was making. You have to look at the future benefits while sacraficing now. I used credit cards to get through.

I went through Citibank for $7k so I wouldn't worry about paying for the exams/CPNE.Altough my loan was certified by EC and approved on 2/2/08 I still haven't received my check. Which is a big @#* on the college's fault but what can you do.
