Good morning!

Joe, glad you're feeling better today and can work.  Hope it's a good day.

Nothing much happening here.  Am off today.  Will head to the gym later and am looking at things to meal prep.   

Have an appt with my banker on Thursday afternoon to get the payoff for the Master Card done, and line up the auto payments for the new (no interest) Card and the loan repayment. It's the only appt I could get except for this afternoon ...but there is no one to watch Nannie until Thursday. Banker is off tomorrow, when I was hoping to get this done, but at least it will be taken care of this week.

I woke up at 11 AM and really wanted to go back to sleep, but thought if I did, I might not wake back up 'early' enough to get Nannie up; don't want to find Nannie on the floor again!

Waiting for the AM meds to kick in, to ease the aches. Don't know what the heck I will be doing today, but prolly the usual laundry and dishes. I want to go to the library because I am almost finished with the last of the 3rd of the three books I got the other day. Can't be without reading material, or I'll get the heebie-jeebies, but I believe I'll be okay until tomorrow....

SiL said she would come over tomorrow mid-day to get Nannie up and take her over to her house....well, after her nail color is changed, of course! The hot pink that is on Nannie's nails doesn't go well with the dusky purple bruising on her left fingers! Hope I can come up with a suitable 'outfit' today, that will go over that cuss'ED wrist/arm cast.

Welp, I have nothing of interest to add here, so, tawk whichoo laydah!

Joe, glad you're feeling better and hope you're back to "normal" soon. Are you satisfied with the work on the car?

It was a weekend of feeling completely unmotivated to do anything. We did go to church. I eventually watered my little garden and cleaned up the kitchen. 

Friday I see my retina specialist in the afternoon and I've made an appointment for a passport application in the morning. Realized that the meeting in Montreal is coming up fairly quickly (late July) and I'd better get this done. I haven't been outside the US since, I don't know -- 2000? And the only places I ever went (Mexico, Canada, the Bahamas) I didn't need a passport for back then.

Quiet, boring day. Only went out as far as the mailbox today. Actually DID NOT have any laundry to do! But, I did wash a bunch of dishes. SiL will come get Nannie tomorrow and keep her for the afternoon. I wonder how long that waiting list is for the Sr. Ctr., and if a spot were to come open, would she be able to go with the cast on her? She won't wear a sling. Who knows. No point in wondering about that now; anyway, if I count on something like time OFF, you can be sure it will fall through.

Mope, sigh, tsk.
