Stars I hope you get all your banking stuff done today

Dianah sounds like your trip is going well

I have my Bluetooth keyboard so I'm able to post from my phone

The trip down was better than expected, not much construction and very little rain. Was tiring though, more than four and a half hours. Was at times a bit annoying hearing my dad and his ladyfriend repeat themselves and say "What?" a lot as even with their hearing aids they had trouble hearing each other in the car with all the highway noise

Once we got to the park most of the family was there. Have very little reception, even with my backup phone, although I am able to use my regular phone if I put it in the window. We didn't do much last night, unpacked, had dinner. Stayed in because of storms and even a brief tornado warning. The family played some card games downstairs in the game room but it was fairly crowded and noisy so I decided no to

Not sure what the plan is for today. Another cousin and my nephew will be here today. Looks like the rain will stop and it will be cooler this morning, in the 70s, so we may be able to hike and visit the recreated pioneer village and maybe check out some of the caves.

Got a lot of running around to do today. I'm a wreck prior to heading out. Be back later, hopefully in a more settled down frame of mind.

We are camping on the Oregon coast. Took 2 days to get here to make it easier on our littlest dog. She gets very nervous while riding in a vehicle. It's foggy today, so we'll just walk around a bit. We haven't been to this area in years and a lot has changed.

I got my banking taken care of, so I am breathing easier. I have appts tomorrow w/ a banker at each bank to answer my questions about changing my accts from one state to another, and to deal with one acct that I have had trouble keeping the payments current on. I want to get that straightened out before I move. I just can't seem to get anywhere with my questions on-line, so I am going to the bankers to let them deal with it. I just am not on good terms with technology, and honestly the language used, which is easily understood by so many, just confounds me. It's the names of the transactions and where to go and what to do and how to do it; I get fouled up and flummoxed and frustrated! Thank goodness there are real people who can do it, but in that aspect, I'm not much of a 'real' person 🤪. Now, with words, I'm good as long as they are not in the techno-language category. What I think could be clear if stated in an understandable way TO ME, is not what computers understand or how they 'speak'. I know, I am impossibly cranky about this. I had to be dragged kicking and screaming into getting a cell-phone (and have the most basic, ancient kind) or getting a laptop computer.

I see you shaking your head, Tweety! I am just mentally handicapped in that way.

Anyway I need to eat something to get some more energy for the sorting and pitching out category of the move. In a few days I will begin packing the stuff that will have to stay in storage at the POD place, and I will also be grouping the "I-have-to-take-with-me-and-Tinker-in-the-car" stuff that I can't wait for the 2 weeks to get to me when they bring the POD to my new address.

To the FOOD!------------>
