Good morning!

Stars, hope the gypsies are better today.

I'm feeling rested after a nap just now.  Going to the gym, grocery store and looking at some recipes to try.  I think I'm going to go with an Asian tofu that uses the air fryer.  Will marinade it for a while first.  Then some Asian Korean style noodles.  

Supposed to rain later which will kept the temps down.  We're having typical weather here in the upper 80's to low 90's but I'm hearing Fort Lauderdale area is blistering with temps typing their records.  They have horrible humidity like we do.

Well, here's the odd thing about "the gypsies": I do not have any pain today! I don't get it, but I am happy it is so. I feel vaguely, faintly, sort of a bit achey, and I feel pretty tired, but no tambourines, no singing/dancing/ crazy crowds celebrating whatever it is they celebrate.

Only going to do laundry today. NUFFINK ELZE! (Partly 'on strike', tho no one here knows that.)

Tomorrow I have the 2nd appt w/ the counselor at my doc's office. All things considered, I do feel some better. I read a good article called "Letting It Go", and that helped re-align my head. Wish it could be a permanent re-aligning, but that's not how life goes all the time. Nevertheless, I am glad I read that article, because it helped.

Doing laundry....one small load, one medium load. // No ballgames today.//

Hubby has volunteered to go get supper later; don't know where he'll go or what he'll get, but I don't care. If I don't like his choice, there is plenty here for me to eat.
