Microbiology!

I used the powerpoints from sg101, the excelsior practice exams and a couple books from my library. I basically studied the powerpoints from sg101 and practice exams and used the books to clear up parts I didn't understand.

I make my own flash cards. I take the notes, then write them as flash cards and use those to study. I know you are doing online so it's a bit different, but my instructor also gives us crosswords and stuff like that and uses the crossword hints as questions. So I purposely don't write the answers on there the first time so when I am done with the chapter I can try and answer them myself and see how I did. Micro takes a lot of studying. I probably spend about 5 hours a week out of class on it.

If you have a Moby wrap, that helps so much with the baby aspect, b/c the baby can be close and sleep, and you can get things done. :)

How much time did you take for Micro? I'm finishing up Health Safety now and taking Micro next. Good Luck with A&P, the exam wasn't too awful for A&P. I'm more stressed about Micro.

Curt[/quote'] thanks so much! I took a whole month to prepare. It was the most difficult test I've taken so far but you can do it! I would study every chance I got a not cards worked great for me! Thanks for the positive tip for A&P! Going to start studying it today and also take a month to prepare
