MICRO-DNA Replication

anyone have any good sites for dna replication/protein synthesis? i missed a class and my friend took horrible notes and we have a test on monday! i'm just hoping to get some clarification on the stuff she seemed to let pass through her brain :banghead:

If you google "transcription", you will get a few animated videos of DNA replication in the top 10 sites that come up. They might be helpful?

Have you studied DNA replication (Leading strand/lagging strand) or do you know the biochemistry of the 5' vs the 3'? If not, it's rote memorization, but you have to know what enzyme attaches where, and what it does.

DNA replication is REALLY cool. Good luck with everything. Maybe get together with someone else who took really good notes? And check out those animated videos, they're pretty neat.
