Michigan RN

Hello :cat:

I really need your help guys! I am from Philippines, graduated with bachelors degree, Passed the local exam for nurses, and passed the NCLEX RN exam. We already have an employer, she's my boyfriend's auntie, she really wanted to petition us using H1B visa. Is it possible? Are we qualified for that visa? Thanks lot guys.

Is the job advertised for BSN? Can the job be done by a ADN? What sort of job is it? Who will get the job? One or both of you? What sort of facility is the job in?

Are you a specialty nurse with extensive experience in that specialty. And has the auntie got a verifiable need for that specialty. Has she attempted to hire a local nurse for that position, offering pay within the normal pay range for that area for a a set period of time and been unable to find a US licensed nurse with the adequate qualifications. As a general rule , new grads do not meet the specialist qualification. Generally speaking, with the current acute oversupply of licensed nurses, it is difficult to get immigration to authorize an H1b position much less, two of them .
