Memphis Hospitals

I'm relocating to Memphis, TN this fall. Can anyone tell me what hospitals to stay away from, and what the pay is like. I have 7 years experience, most of it in ICU. Thanks!

I live in Texas now but am Memphis native. All are good hospitals. I worked in Pedi at LeBonheur and of course St. Jude is there. Baptist and Methodist are so competitive that there is little difference between them. Parking is an issue downtown. There are several large suburban hospitals owned by Baptist and Meth. so you can search near your home. The Med (Regional Medical Center) has Elvis Presley Trauma Unit that gets unique cases from all over midsouth. If ICU is your thing you would be welcome anywhere. Consider LeBonheur. They have a good nurse/pt. ratio and pay well. Good Luck!
