Memorial hermann

HI everyone, this is my first post.

I just got offered a job at memorial hermann tmc on 6jones. I currently live in chicago and would be relocating to houston. I've been a nurse for 3 years at a level 1 trauma hospital, as a med surg nurse, my unit is very stressful, and I don't want to go to another place where I'm going to be stressed out.

I just want to know does anyone work at this hospital, or on this unit, if so how is it?

Also is memorial hermann a good hospital to work for, they're offering relocation assistance, I almost feel like it's too good to be true. Seems like they're doing a lot of recruiting, why is that?
