hi @honibay626 and chrisbj06... im following your posts and just like you I've been waiting for my letter in the mail. I took my nclex pn last june 16, 2014 and I also received the good pop up and from CA too.... so anxious because its been 22 days for me and no letter yet. Do you have your results already? Thanks...

hi @rstamaria2011, just like you I only received my declaration of nursing educ. form 1/27/2014 for almost 9 months of waiting. I just want to ask if you already filled up your form and how did you answer your no.5, esp. the date started and the date completed and do we have to include all the hospitals we had for clinicals? And also no. 8, what if you don't have a license? I hope you can help me with these. Thank you and goodluck to us.

@erick_17 : hi erick... i am also in the same dilemma with the rest of our kababayan's here...im still in the process of completing my other additional requirements as requested by CA BON for my Nclex-rn exam and im not quite sure what will be the outcome and am thinking right now about Nclex-LVN...hope you dont mind asking me of their requirements and the processing time...thanks a lot..

Hi deso35. I am also a retaker and they are asking too for my clinical rotation schedule. What happened to your application now, did the CA BOn already give u your eligibility? I'm worried bec. They might ask also 4 my clinical cases since I don't have signatures on them as I did not take my NLE. Pls update me abt your application. Thanks

@anne919 : i just want to make ask some clarifications, so what the CA BON is asking is the logbook with our RLE's, major, minor o.r. , no. of deliveries, assist , cord , etc...which i guess it's also reflected in the PRC form.... i am also a retaker and just waiting for the board's reply for my reapplication....my forms which were supposed to be submitted to the PRC were not signed anymore bec. after grad. i already left for the states...ur reply will he highly appreciated....thanks

@htodab : Really? i reapplied too and just waiting for the CA board's reply, its quite frustrating if that's the case...i feel for you kabayan and worried as well...they must have set new rules now and it's quite hard for us retakers....good luck to us all.

@chubbyhappy - Happy Thanksgiving kabayan! Sorry to hear that but we can do this .. I am also a retaker... so it was really true that we are required to pass again additional requirements for reapplication....i'm just curious, weren't you required before your first application to pass those requiremets they are asking you now, because I have already submitted my clinical rotation ( the log book thing ) with signatures from CI's, sched of duty etc. during my first application....Anyway good luck to your review and we can do this kabayans..
