Hello! I came across this post about the VA residency and would like any updates from those currently in the program or who have completed it. I'm about to finish my last rotation in NP school in a few weeks. I also work at the VA as an RN, but unfortunately, the VA residency isn't offered at my current location, so I will need to relocate to another VA. I'm okay with relocating to continue building my years of service with the VA, as I am vested. I'm currently in South Florida and will need to move to Central or North Florida. Anyway, I wanted to hear your thoughts on how the VA residency prepared you as a new FNP graduate. Thank you.

I have not seen any post yet about NSU's FNP program for Fall 2023. Anyone else starting this fall??

Had my interview on March 11. Haven't heard anything yet. Was told by the interviewer they were just starting the interviewing process. How will we find out? via Gradcas?

I will be starting the StaRN program next month, but I will be at Westside Regional hospital. 1. How did you like the program?? 2. Any tips during the program??

Oh yes I called the uniform store back...they told me they only have the logo that is intended for the white top, they do not have the all gray logo for the green scrub top. They gave me the impression they had both logos. Ughhh! It may or may not be a problem but I called the Blue Angel store across from the school, the guy said h may be able to take the patch off and put the right logo on top. But he will have to send it off though to have it put on. That's fine, I guess I will just buy a shirt from the school store until it comes back. No worries though...school is about to start and I refuse to stress this small thing. I will just buy a shirt from the school. Everything is going to workout

Hey everyone we have less than week to relax I have a small issue here...So I went to the All uniform wear store on 27th to have the MDC patch put on my scrub top. I picked it up Monday and thought everything was fine until I got home to look at the patch online. They put the clinical top logo on my green scrub top. I have been trying to call them but no answer . Just want to know if anyone else had this issue.

I called the bookstore about the curriculum we need for the readings...the bookstore clerk says that the school will give us that book, they do not sell it at the bookstore

Just checked my messages to see that the prof has sent the syllabus Yayyyy! This is for the bridge program. If you are in the bridge program and received your syllabus...under the readings what is Curriculum L1/S1??

I'm here for bootcamp...been here but now we are on break.
