I'm applying to the Spring 11 ABSN program at Marymount also...I was just wondering, what GPA did you guys have to get accepted into the program?

Yeah I only applied for BSN, but now I'm having second thoughts too! I just wish they'd HURRY UP with those letters!!! Ugh

Hi! Okay, I'm really considering going to nursing school, but my problem is my GPA! I graduated in 2008 with a 2.8GPA and a B.S. in Health and I haven't seen any schools (well ABSN or direct entry MSN) that allow applicants with low GPAs. Can you guys help me out? I currently live in SC, but I'm willing to do a little relocating, as long as its in the Southeast. Any suggestions are welcome..thanks in advance.

I am the mother of a nine month old and I will be starting nursing school in January (hopefully)....currently I am working and have my own house and car, but am going to be transitioning to move back in with my parents. (nightmare) This is really going to drive me crazy, but I know it is something that must be done as I am going to need as much help as possible! How was the transition? And how did your parents feel about you moving back home?
