Medication Error Paper HELP!

this is my first post. i am writing a paper on med errors and I have no idea where to start or what to research, or how to organize this paper. what could be different topics related to the scope of this paper? I have 2 days and I need 8 pages. PLEASE HELP.

Well when you here someone say medication errors what comes to mind? I know I can list few off the top of my head, but I won't because it's not my assignment. Try brainstorming, and then your paper will evolve from there. Good Luck!

Do you have any way of searching CINAHL databases (or any other good medical databases) through your school? You can find a TON of good journal articles on med errors on there.
