med tech

Is med tech NLN accredited, and would or is it hard to get a job in a physicians office as an LPN ?

Google is your best friend:

NLNAC is now ACEN: http://www.acenursing.org

You can search which schools in your area are NLN accredited.

Best wishes.

They are barely accepted by the Indiana BON. I sat in on a monthly BON meeting over the summer and Medtech is apparently there every month because of issues with their programs. One board member stated "Why are we even dealing with this school? This has been going on for 2 years." I would run away from that school.

They have never had accreditation for the RN program and just recently lost their LPN accreditation. That school is awful and very expensive. And no one will hire you if they know you went there.

I graduated from Medtech in 2013. Was an LPN went there for my RN. I seen good and bad. I am currently working employed as a case manager with hospice. Working on my BSN. I think you need to look at other options. Regardless of where you go and what you do what you put into it is what you will get out of it. I don't regret going there personally. But there are better options. They have been trying for several years for accreditation and have not received it yet. Good luck :)
