I used Saunder's NCLEX-PN review book to help me through med-surg 1&2. Whenever we would go through a system, I would re-read it in the NCLEX book & then do the review questions at the end of the chapter. And idk if your school uses ATI, but our program used it a lot & I would do the practice tests too.My book (we used Medical-Surgical Nursing, 8th edition by Black & Hawks) had an accompanying study guide book. The questions were not NCLEX-style, but it helped to just solidify the material in my mind. Without those things, idk if I would have passed med-surg lol.

I watched youtube videos to help, there are some great videos of professors lecturing about certain body systems. I remember one lady I used to watch was called Maui Mary RN or something like that.

Good luck!
