what does this mean??

My status says "DELIVERY SUCCESSFUL" and i tried the PVT and it says "The candidate results are on hold and new registration cannot be made at this time".What does this mean?? I am freaking out

    that they are reviewing your test . maybe you got up too many times, didn't raise your hand, or finished too fast etc. i think it can be on hold for about 2 days (more or less). BUT it doesn't mean you passed or failed .

    It took me 1 and 1/2 hr to finish 75 questions and didn't take any break and i raised my hand after finishing my exam.

    It doesn't mean anything, they review tests sometimes randomly. My friend got the same message, and she could not use the PVT, but she passed.
