Hi, wanted to ask if anyone has applied yet for the 2024 Spring term?

Oh wow that's ironic since everyone says MDC has a long wait list or what not, I hope we get out acceptance letters soon, hopefully by December

Some one else on the thread said they received an acceptance email already. I guess it depends on the program you've applied for.

Hello I applied for the Generic FT program since September 6 and still haven't got any answers, should I be nervous LOL?

Hi! I applied to Generic FT yesterday. I was awaiting my TEAS scores to upload. The deadline has been extended at least twice so I assume they needed to fill seats

That is also my assumption but I don't understand why they accept some applications and have others waiting if they need seats to fill up ??‍♀️. I hope my TEAS score isn't what is holding my applications back. I believe I have a good GPA, 3.5 for both cumulative and science but my TEAS score is 68.7 ?.

Hello, I received my acceptance not too long ago but I know of others who still have not received word. I think they will probably let you guys know, latest, in November because the orientation is set for December from my understanding.

What was your TEAS score and GPA? If you don't mind sharing with us.

Heyy congratulations on being accepted!
what were your stats ??

I had an overall 3.7 GPA, a 4.0 in Science, and a 90 on my TEAS exam.

Oh OK yeah then that makes sense with the logic that I've read on previous threads that they send acceptances to the applications with higher GPA's and TEAS scores first.

My friend was told by an advisor that the letter of acceptance for everyone should be out a month after the deadline

Okay. I'm getting a little nervous. Deadline is finally next week so I just hope acceptances are timely, that way we won't have to cram everything we have to complete prior to orientation/ the semester starting. Best of luck everyone!?
