MDC Spring 2023

Hey guys. I also Applied! I thought the TEAS 7 was very hard. The science wrecked my score... and math was very funky as well. I got three questions that asked me to give my answer in "terms of pie"? I knew all of the formulas and everything but had no clue what that meant... anyways.. 

I got a 74.7 on my TEAS, a 3.67 cumulative GPA, and a 4.0 Science GPA.

What do you think my chances of getting accepted are?:)

I think you are solid for acceptance. Did you apply for the transitional track?

@Goalgetta thanks for the positive feedback! And no I did not. Only because my advisor never recommended that/ didn’t think I could. I only have my EMT. Isn’t that for LPN? I applied for generic FT. 

Hii I got my acceptance letter yesterday sept 6th for generic full time ! I couldnt believe how fast it was. 
my GPA is 3.1 TEAS score 68% 

my brother also applied he has a 3.0 & got 73% on TEAS but hasn’t gotten a response. 

praying for all of you still waiting for acceptance

I sent my application on August 26th 

I submitted my application around that time as well. I am hoping the best.

No, it is for EMT,LPN, RT, and medical assistants.

Really!? My advisor never said a word to me about it… what’s the advantage of applying to transitional? And do you think it’s too late…

OMG! I went to check my email and received my acceptance letter on August 30,2023!

@Goalgetta that’s awesome! I checked my spam and nothing:( also do you know where it is in writing that EMT’s are eligible? Because I can’t find it anywhere on their website. It just tells me to go to the nursing info page for more info and that’s what page I’m on…. LOL
