Anyone gotten an acceptance letter for MCG yet?

Anyone gotten an acceptance letter for MCG yet?

My status is: Ready for Review. It has been like that for a month and a half, so I'm guessing letters should be sent out soon (probably in January).

I got an email today telling me that I am still under review, but to send any new grades that I might have gotten this past semester to them. ARGH! I called them last week to ask them if I needed to do that, and they told me no. Now the school is closed until Jan 4. I'm just hoping that my new AP grade will hurry up the decision.

I got the same e-mail. Hopefully they will make up their minds soon!

Anyone get anything? I checked around this site for posts about this time last year, and I found that people did in fact get mcg acceptance letters in January.

I'm not sure if more people are applying this year or what the deal is, but my bff applied last year and got an acceptance letter before Christmas.

Wow, December?! I wish they'd sent out acceptance letters on a rolling basis.

Called to bug admissions. The nice lady that answered the phone said the nursing department said it would be soon. Considering many of us applied in October, it seems a little late for soon. I am starting to get discouraged, but then again, I am an impatient person in the best of times.

Thanks for the heads up :) I wonder why they had an early/late admissions deadline to begin with (doesn't seem like they even sent out acceptance letters to the former).

Apparently, according to this thread https://allnurses.com/pre-nursing-student/medical-college-georgia-451752.html#post4084615 some acceptance letters have been sent out.

I submitted an early application and still haven't heard anything. After reading the threads from last year, it seems most people noticed a status change from "Ready for Review" to "Decision has been made" and received a letter in the mail a couple days after the status change. Hopefully we'll hear something soon! Good luck to everyone!
