math.....

Can someone give me direction in a good math book to pick up asI forgot to mention in my previous post I really bite at math and one of the subjects I would have to take through the LPN-BN program is stats. It scares the heck out of me as my math is horrible I really need help with this.:o

I had 6 supplemental math books I got out of the library (hauled them to class all of the time and got made fun of for doing so). When I started nursing school in our into to nursing class packet we were given med math that we were to learn independently....I liked Math for Nurses: A Pocket Guide to Dosage Calculation and Drug Preparation

We were told to get for class..... Clinical Calculations: With Applications to General and Specialty Areas (With CD-ROM for Windows & Macintosh) I like it...i like the other one too...I also used...med calulations made incredibly easy,.....I passed first try with a 98%

It has answers for questions at the end of the chapters and covers a lot - from basic math to dosages, solutions, etc.:)
