Math in Nursing?

Hello friends! :)

I am going to try and get my LPN and then ARN and then maybe my BSN. However, my plans may need to change a little... I am only decent at math (like...barely can do geometry) :crying2: and I was wondering how many classes you all needed to take that might be a problem for me (pre-reqs included). Thanks for your help!:heartbeat ~Vanessa

I attended an LVN program at a trade school. The only math requirements were a passing score on the school's entrance exam in the areas of math and reading comprehension, and a passing score on a dosage calculations test. I would say that only an understanding of elementary algebra is necessary to successfully do the math in many LPN/LVN programs.
