MANE Fall 2019 Applicants

Hey! I was waiting for someone to finally create a thread for fall 2019! My GPA is 3.5 and my TEAS score was a 92.7 so that puts me around 12.8 for Normandale, but for century I’m at a 12 since I’m sending my first teas score there, which is 80. (I took my second score at a non mane school so I don’t feel like paying an additional 27$ transcript for Century). I’m currently applying to Normandale and Century, but I REALLY want to get into normdale since it’s 5 mins away from my house compared to century which is 30-40.

I applied to Inver Hills and Century! I was completely unaware of the competition I would facing among the other applicants! I graduated college in 2009 and kept a lot of my prerequisite grades from that degree (Darn, I should have retaken some courses!!)

I have a 3.5 GPA and TEAS of 80.7...my composite score is 11.57 at Century and 11.07 at Inver Hills. I'll likely be waitlisted at both campuses, so I am already looking forward to the fall application deadline Good luck!

I definitely think you can get into Century. I've been lurking all the other threads for a while now and even with heavy competition, anything with an 11.5 and above usually got in. So don't be too down on yourself!!!

Just a little over 3 weeks till we receive letters!!!! I'm feeling so anxious!!! Anyone else???

Me too! I’m counting down!

Inver Hills called my colleague today and told her that her Biology 1020 From Century won’t qualify for their Biology 1120 as an equivalent! I find that to be unusual because they should be direct equivalents...do you have any knowledge of this?

I'm Sorry I dont. That sucks. I would have questioned them on why it wont work. Maybe even set up a meeting. Hope everything works out!!

I just got an email from my contact at Century! They said they had to delay and will send them out after the 25th or March! ??

Or April do you mean? If so that’s extremely annoying ? I’ve never heard of them being this late. They usually have people replying back to them for which schools to accept by the first couple weeks of April :/
