Mandatory reporting!!

OMG I am attempting to finish my powerpoint but can't seem to get past these answers:

    Then the healthcare provider would need to deliver the baby, note the fetal alcohol syndrome, and then ​report to the county agency.

    Is that a serious question? The baby needs to be born (delivered) before any signs/symptoms of fetal alcohol syndrome can be noted if it is not known ahead of time.

    Oh ok. I read the question wrong..I was always under the impression that the child was older so the part about the delivery went over my head. Dont know how I came about that conclusion. Ok thank you.
