You are not applying to take NCLEX but be a RN in the US of which NCLEX is a part of that process.
You are aware of retrogression and coming from India looking at several years wait due to no visas? Suggest you read threads on retrogression but also the sticky on Primer to working in the USA as all information regarding applying to the US is in that thread. Depending on BON/BRN you may need English exam before you can sit the NCLEX. Also some states require CGFNS exam before they will allow you to sit as do some states not give a license without a SSN which you can not get until in the US with a valid work permit
Title of thread change to reflect process
thanks dear for ur reply

I would focus on the English exams first, as you are going to need them to get a visa for the US. Once you pass the English as well as the licensing exam for the RN, then you can obtain the Visa Screen Certificate that is needed for immigration.
Suggest that you read the Primer at the top of this forum for vital information that you need to have before you start to do a thing.
