lung ca question

Does anyone know where I can download, a psychosocial model of care diagram for patients with lung cancer?

I found a few of the flow diagram type things, but non specific to cancer or lung cancer.

Any help would be fantastic, a few of my group who should have been helping to prepare this presentation have had to leave the course after the last lot of results which means a lot more work for the rest of us. (and no extensions given!)

... But on the plus side I finally figured out how to print over heads, If anyone wants a pic of squamous cell ca. I have a really good/gross one which I am hoping will mean I have to talk for a shorter amount of time.

Thanks for the link, it has quite a lot of interesting information on it. I think I may have found a model in a book, but it is based at cancer survivors, but I am sure there must be a ine for cancer sufferers out there some where!

I would draw one my self, but I am terrible at working out where all the boxes should go and what leads to the other, Plus I think I would probably miss an aspect of care out.

Thanks again.
